Looking at the Stars in the Sky

Why do we look up at night?

What is it about those tiny bright lights?

Why are we so drawn to seeing, when we’re not really seeing anything?

Or are we?

Darkness. Light. Color.

Maybe there is more beauty to stars than we understand.

What do you think about when you look at the stars?

Looking up, I feel so small, but at the same time, I always feel safer. The universe is so much bigger than my own little world. The stars put life into perspective. A shining reminder that we’re all just little pieces in a greater plan.

I look to the stars for answers. To feel understood. To feel like I understand my place.

What is it about the stars that makes people want to look up?

Why do we look up?

What are we trying to see? What are we hoping to discover?

Are we looking for anything at all?
